We’ve organised things into quick sections so you can get straight to the answers you need.

Parents Help Centre

Bookings and Workshops

  • All bookings are made online. Just choose your child’s school, select the right age group, and enter their details.

  • Your child can still join - we’ll make sure they catch up without missing out.

  • Most sessions run for 40-60 minutes, depending on the school.

  • Yes, siblings can attend as long as they’re in the right age group.

  • We’re expanding every term. Let your school know you’d like Aveea, or get in touch with us directly.

Payment & Refunds

  • Don’t worry - we’ll refund any weeks your child couldn’t attend because you joined after the start date.

  • If a session is cancelled or we make a mistake, you’ll be refunded. For absences due to illness or personal reasons, refunds aren’t available.

  • Refunds are usually processed within 14 days.

  • Not at the moment - but pupil premium funding is available through schools.

Pupil Premium

  • This depends on your school - speak to them first to confirm.

  • Once the school confirms eligibility, complete our simple form and we’ll handle the rest with your school.

  • Yes - pupil premium funding covers the full cost of Aveea clubs.

Safety & General Info

  • Usually in your child’s school hall, classroom, or lab.

  • Aveea staff lead the sessions and take responsibility for pupils until they are collected. Late collections may incur a charge.

  • No equipment is needed. We recommend bringing a snack and water.

  • Session details are listed on our website. Please check your school’s timetable for exact times and dates.

  • Fill in our support form and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
