We understand that joining our club as a pupil premium pupil may be a bit confusing, so here’s a breakdown of the process:

Section 1 – Direct booking with the school:

If you book directly with the school, don’t worry! The school will take care of everything. Just make sure to let them know that you’re a pupil premium parent and they will manage everything for you.

Section 2 – Booking through Aveea:

If you want to join our club directly, here’s what you need to do:

1. Eligibility Check: To join our club through the pupil premium scheme, parents will need to confirm their child’s eligibility by speaking with the school first. Please note that some schools may have a quota on the number of eligible clubs, so it’s important to check with the school as soon as possible.
2. Also, please keep in mind that some schools may only allow pupils to participate in one club at a time. If this is the case, we encourage parents to consider our STEM club as a great opportunity for their child to learn and have fun while gaining valuable skills in science, technology, engineering, and maths.
3. Pupil Premium Form: Once you’ve got the go-ahead, fill out our pupil premium form – see below. This will help us take care of everything else for you, from invoicing the school to booking your child’s spot in the club.
