Late or last minute bookings

We know that sometimes life gets in the way and you may forget to book your child’s activities and sessions on time. But don’t worry, we’ve got your back even if it’s a last-minute booking!

Just a heads up, when booking activities or sessions on our website, the price may not always reflect the current week because we advertise them in advance for several weeks. So if you book with only a few weeks left, you’ll need to pay the full price as advertised. 

But fear not, if you book halfway through the program and end up overpaying for any weeks that your child didn’t attend, we’ll issue a refund for those weeks, (excluding any absences due to sickness or other unforeseeable circumstances). To request a refund, just use our super-easy refund request form on our website – Refunds. We’ll review your request as soon as possible and issue a refund for any overpayment. And hey, if you’re not sure about something, don’t hesitate to hit us up. Our customer support team is always here to help.

In addition to requesting a refund, we also ask that you give us a heads up via email if it’s a very last-minute booking. We want to ensure that your child doesn’t miss out on any activities or sessions, and our team will do everything possible to accommodate your request.
