Who do we hire?

We are always looking for the next person that is going to bring their experience to Aveea.

Whether it’s someone who can design and create incredible ways of bringing STEM into the classroom, or someone who’s looking to up their teaching skills, we would love to hear form you.

The two most common roles we hire for are Assistants and Leads. These are our front runners, the ones who are in classrooms with pupils showcasing the world of STEM first hand.

Assistants

Our Aveea Academy Assistants are the backbone of our Aveea Academy Sessions – they assist our Academy Leaders.

If you want to be part of a team that inspires our future leaders on a weekly basis – taking them on a journey in understanding a STEM concept this might be for you.

And don’t worry if you’re new to teaching, we have an incredible team to help you grow and achieve your goals.

Leads

Our Academy Leaders are the ones who conduct the orchestra, they are at the forefront of each session. They bring their passion, their life experience of STEM to the classroom.

Our leaders are the ones who our pupils will remember for years and years – ones who they said shaped their career.

We have resources, activity plans, registers, and pretty much everything in between for our sessions, but we need enthusiastic people like you to run them.

Do you want to make a difference?

From learning about dentistry, cleaning up oil spills and even creating robotic arms like from The Terminator, our sessions are so dynamic and immersive. But we couldn’t do anything of this without the incredible team we have, so we are always looking for great talent.
